Hrm... (Gonna Be Changing The Titles of These Two Threads Later)
#1
Crystal River, Florida.

It was once a small town situated around Kings Bay with a relatively small population. During winter, the bay would become a home for hundreds of manatees, attracting tourists to the area. Near the mouth of the river sharing the same name is the Crystal River Energy Complex, consisting of four coal-burning plants and the Crystal River 3 Nuclear Plant, the sole pressurized water reactor. The nuclear plant had been offline for reapirs to damage to the plant's containment structure.

After a while, the plant was brought back online. However, it, and the remaining plants in the Crystal River Energy Complex, were brought offline after a strange occurence: the inhabitants of the town of Crystal River left the area. No one knows the exact reason why it happened. All they know is that it simply happened. And for years, the small town remained uninhabited.

And then years later, Crystal Water gained three new residents.

Three new, unwanted residents.

The Crystal River 2 Fossil Fuel Power Plant.

A rather short boy stood near a conveyor belt feeding pulverized pieces coal into a large storage silo just a few yards away. On the back of the bomber jacket he was wearing was the word "D-Tatch", shorter version of his actual name: Daxter Tatchio. A clipboard was placing in his left hand, as he tapped it with a pencil held in his right hand. He watched the coal travel down the conveyor belt into the silo, but something seemed offer, as the squint in his eyes showed.

"Hey Grodo, we're gonna need a few more pieces of coal-" Suddenly, several pieces of coal roughly 2 inches in sizes were hurled onto the conveyor belt. This stopped after a few seconds, but after a 2-second pause, 5 pieces of coal were thrown directly at D-Tatch, hitting him in the back of his head and left shoulder, causing him to drop his clipboard. "Ow! Stop doing that, Grodo!" D-Tatch shouted back, a scowl on his face. Another piece of coal hit him once again on the back of his head, causing him to rub the inflicted area with his right hand. "And I said a few pieces!"

D-Tatch turned to look at what most people had never seen before on the planet. A crimson, winged, reptilian figure about 42 feet in length sitting just a few feet away from the boy next to a large pile of coal. His body was covered by a thick layer of mithril plates, a kind of armor which would protect him from attacks. Around his frontal feet appeared to be rock-like bracelets. His hind feet were brownish-black and appeared to be worn out. Either his normal color or someplace had finally opened up a shop that sold boots for the particular creature. And then there were the angry, purple eyes that seemed to glare at the boy.

"That'd be a few pieces, boy," the dragon snorted at D-Tatch. "More where it come from while you call me "Grodo"."
"Whatever, man." D-Tatch seemed to just shrug as he stared at the dragon, a smug look on his face. "Your actual name is just too long for me, so I just call you that."
"If no Grodisflare, call me Grodis," the dragon growled in response. "Grodo make me sound like bird."
"Well hey, birds evolved from reptiles," D-Tatch chuckled. "So really, the name fits you."

Not amused in the slightest, Grodisflare moved his left frontal foot in an upward vertical motion. Immediately following this, several pieces of coal rose from the pile of black rocks next to him. Grodisflare then slammed his fist onto the ground. The pieces of coal that had risen out from the pile rushed to a single point above D-Tatch's head and molded together to form a large fist which suddenly dropped down from its aerial position.

"Whoa!" D-Tatch shouted as he leaped away from the fist of coal crashing down into the ground where he stood. Upon impact, the fist collapsed, and the coal piled up on the floor. D-Tatch's hands suddenly began coated in a silver aura. "Oh, so that's how it's gonna be!" D-Tatched threw the pencil away and slammed his hands onto 4 large pipes nearby, and the aura traveled from his hand to surround the pipes. The pipes became disconnected from the rest of the pipes and moved to for a line in front of him. "Now then!" D-Tatch clenched his right hand into a tight fist. In response, one of the pipes molded into another fist. The boy then made a punching motion toward his apparent foe, the metal fist following with it and flying toward Grodisflare.

In response, Grodisflare simply lowered his head and let the fist hit the mithril layer. The fist hit the target and seemingly did no damage, and then fell onto the floor.

Grodisflare then opened his mouth wide and let out a red-orange stream of fire right at D-Tatch. The young boy moved the remaining three metal pipes in front of him to shield himself from the armored wyvern's flames. He then molded the pipes into large metal fists and launched them at Grodisflare as he released another stream of fire. But before the attacks could connect, a small black sphere quickly formed between them and began to expand. As this was happening, Grodisflare closed his mouth, ending the stream of flames. The fists and flames hit the expanding sphere, the collision resulting in an explosion which destroyed the remaining fists and dissipated the remaining flames.

"Would you two knock it off?" Uttered a voice from nearby. Upon hearing the voice, D-Tatch and Grodisflare immediately turned toward an opened door, revealing an unlit room. From within the darkness stepped out quite an unusual being. A green-haired, male figure of age 15 wearing strange clothing. A striped shirt underneath a dark purple vest bearing a strange symbol. The other unusual thing was his eye color. His left eye was blue while his right eye was red. Was it a result of complete heterochromia or... something else? Either way, both of this being's eyes seemed to switch between D-Tatch and Grodisflare. "Can't think straight without hearing you two fighting over something."

The Crystal River 3 Nuclear Power Planet

"Good thing these people pretty much abandoned this place," D-Tatch said as he opened the door to the nuclear plant's control room, carrying a dark blue laptop computer under his arm. "Place makes for a good conference room."
"Same could be said about any place in these plants," said the man as he followed D-Tatch into the room. He glanced around at the unusually large amount of computers left in the room. So many, and yet none of them were functional anymore. "Of course, same could be said about its usefulness. None of these computers work." As he said this, Grodisflare silently slithered into the room.
"Yeah," D-Tatch said as he sat in a chair near one of the computers. He placed his laptop where the computer's keyboard used to be and opened it up. The computer's monitor turned on, revealing its desktop: several program icons litered upon a black and green background. "Aren't you glad you have me, though?"
"I'd say I wasn't, but that'd be a lie," the man said, now standing next to D-Tatch. However, a grimace appeared on his face as he looked at one of the icons. An image of a large, italicized, light-blue D overlapping an image of the Earth. Underneath that was white text labelled "D-Net". "... Although, I'm not exactly sure about the name of your custom-made web browser."
"Well, it's not like anyone other than us is gonna be using it, so..."
"Name dumb, though," Grodisflare growled.
"WELL NO ONE ASKED YOU!" D-Tatch yelled back at Grodisflare, looking directly at him.
"No one didn't ask me, though, so..."

"If you two are done," the man interrupted, an annoyed look on his face. "We really should discuss how to further use this planet's technology against them and perhaps even destroy it..." He then glanced over to D-Tatch, a smile on the boy's face as he pointed to himself. "... Other than using your abilities."
D-Tatch let out a sigh of disappointment, then made a suggestion. "Well, most of the planet's best technology is created by the governments running each country." D-Tatch then put a finger on his laptop's touchpad and moved it along the touchpad, bring the cursor on the monitor to the D-Net icon. He then clicked on the icon, bringing up the browser, which, strange enough, looked like a modified version of Mozilla FireFox. "Take NASA for instance. They're responsible for the United States' space exploration, and they're under the jurisdiction of the government." He then dragged the cursor to the url bar, clicked on it, and typed "nasa.gov" into the url bar. With a press of the Return key on the keyboard, the main page of the NASA website was brought up.

"Space exploration," the man scoffed as he looked at the web page. "This planet's gonna regret its curiousity."
"Funny thing is that one of their facilities is in Florida," D-Tatch commented. "The Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island, to the east of us. It's been the launch site for all human space flights."
"Earth humans in space," the man chuckled. "The very idea sounds ridiculous... I think we should destroy the place to teach these people a lesson."
"Um.... I don't know about that, man," D-Tatch responded in a tone of uncertainty. "Like sure, the Kennedy Space Center is about a hundred miles east of us and is a relatively easy target." He paused as he glanced down at the keyboard of his computer. A bit of fear one his face. "But attacking a NASA facility... We could end up with the US government on our asses. And even with the three of us combined, I don't think we'd last long against them."
"Oh D-Tatch," the man said in response to D-Tatch, almost as if ridiculing his concern. However, he then began to stroke his chin. "Still, it would help to have more man power on us... And if you think we're unprepared to fight the government, what do you suppose we do..."

"Well, besides the places run by the government," D-Tatch answered, "only place I can think of that excells with science and technology in this country is CrazE Corp."
"CrazE Corp, huh?" The young man took a moment to let the name sink in. An annoyed expression suddenly appeared on his face.
"Ironically, it's not what is sounds like," D-Tacth chuckled. He then paused for a moment, taking the time to rethink his words. "Well.... for the most part... point is they're good. Like really good."
"Uh huh..." The man thought about it some more, then shook his head. "Well, some place with a name like that could present some problems." He then snapped his fingers. "D-Tatch, get me as much information as you can about them. Once we're prepared, we'll head out to..." He paused, his expression changing to that of utter confusion, as he had no idea where he'd be going. "... Huh... maybe something you should look up is the nearest facility."
"Nearest facility?" A grin appeared on D-Tatch's face as he took his hands off of the keyboard and cracked his knuckles. "Well luckily, I think I know someone who can help with that!"
"Oh?"
"Yeah, good friend of mine."
"Well then, have him come over here, and then look up information on this CrazE Corp." Having said that, the man began to leave the room, Grodisflare following after him.
"I'll get right on that, boss!"

As the two of them walked through a hallway, Grodisflare looked at the man, unsure of the man's plan. "You sure about this?"
"Of course, Grodis," the man answered, a smirk on his face. "Like really, you, me, and a metalloimperist working together. What could possibly go wrong?"
"You want list in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order?" the armored wyvern sarcastically asked.
"... Really, Grodis..." the man chuckled, keeping the smirk on his face despite the remark given to him. "Come on, we've got nothing to worry about."
"If you say so..."
"Now then, let's get to work."
"Whatever you say, Lord X-Giga-X."
